The grapes are harvested early to create the finesse and freshness of Hermann Brut. Whole-cluster pressing follows in the cellar. The must is clarified and fermented at cool temperatures. A sparkling wine made from 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir grapes. Thanks to 10 months of bottle fermentation, it is elegant and fresh, with a delicate yeasty note.
