Nestled among our vineyards lies Grotto Fläscher Bad – a special place for culinary delights and relaxed gatherings. Since 2024, the Grotto has been run with great passion by Stela & Dario Marxer, who bring a fresh touch to the experience with their warm hospitality, seasonal cuisine, and creative flair.
What remains is the close connection to the origin: Our wines, produced right here on site, are an integral part of the Grotto menu – carefully selected and ideally paired with regional dishes. Whether a light aperitif in summer, a cozy dinner in the historic cheese cellar, or a winemaker's evening with a personal guide: The Grotto brings our wine world to your table.

As owners of Grotto Fläscher Bad, we are delighted that this historic place is being brought back to life. Grotto Fläscher Bad is more than just a restaurant: it is part of our history and our philosophy – authentic, down-to-earth, and deeply connected to the place.
On selected occasions, Roman Hermann is personally present, talks about his work in the vineyard, about the current vintage and accompanies enjoyable tasting evenings in a relaxed atmosphere.

At Grotto Fläscher Bad, you can taste them in a relaxed atmosphere – pure, authentic, and close to their origin.
