I am very proud that the Falstaff jury has chosen my 2020 Chardonnay Grand Maître to be among the top Swiss Chardonnays.

Here are the tasting notes: A fresh, elegant bouquet with notes of lime, yuzu, apple, and pineapple. Also present are ripe tropical fruits and a hint of white blossoms and biscuit. Elegant and light-bodied on the palate, without lacking substance. Ripe acidity and clear aromatics ranging from citrus to herbal spice. A long, fresh finish with a touch of hyssop.
