A selection of old Completer vines from the terraced vineyards in Fläscher Bad. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in barriques or 500-liter Swiss oak barrels. The fresh acidity and late harvest result in a very elegant body with excellent aging potential. After 12 months of aging on the lees with bâtonnage, the wine is left unfiltered. This allows it to retain its delicate, slightly tart herbal notes. A very limited number of bottles of Completer Grand Maître are available. Impressive depth, a rich, juicy texture, and a refined simplicity.
